i dont usually do personal posts, but two oddities in one day forced my hand, although I cannot decide if it was clever phraseology or wishful mishearing…
on an advert reading a phone number out the reader got to 411 and instead of say ‘four, double one,’ said ‘four double fun’
and on the train some guys drinking a few tinnies posed the question ‘is there a pint of no return?’
